  • What behaviour is anti-competitive conduct,
  • When can you refuse to provide products or services,
  • When can you require a customer to use your services or the services of a third party,
  • Are employee restraints of trade anti-competitive
  • The ACCC focus on disruptions to global and domestic supply chains.

    IMPORTANT: IF YOU ATTENDED A 2022-23 FTA CPD BORDER COMPLIANCE SESSION IN PERSON, THIS TOPIC WILL BE COVERED AS PART OF THE 24 POINTS FOR THE CUSTOMS BROKER LICENSING PERIOD ENDING 31 MARCH 2023 AND SHOULD NOT BE COMPLETED FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDITIONAL CPD POINTS AS IT WOULD BE A DUPLICATION AND THE POINTS WILL NOT BE COUNTED.

    Assessment

    An optional assessment is available with multiple choice questions. Students must attain an 80% pass mark to qualify for customs broker CPD points. An online certificate can be downloaded on completion via "My Courses" and selecting the certificate icon. An attainment record of all completed CPD/CBC is available in "My Accounts". Results will also be recorded and maintained on ComplianceNetFTA.
