• Tariff classification of pipes
• Challenging Anti-Dumping investigation decisions
• What products fit within the definition of “tobacco products”
• What frozen packaged foods are and are not, GST free
A key topic of the webinar is the recent Tribunal decision concerning a TCO application for certain driverless trains. The decision narrows what is a substitutable good and provides more scope for the granting of TCOs.

An optional assessment is available with multiple choice questions. Students must attain an 80% pass mark to qualify for customs broker CPD points.
